21st Century Community Learning Center Program

21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC), also known as Title IV, Part B, are grant-based programs that provide no-cost access to afterschool programs for students who attend participating schools during the school day. 21st CCLCs provide expanded access to high-quality tutoring, enrichment, homework help, recreation, and community exploration opportunities.  These grants are provided by the US Department of Education and the Virginia Department of Education. Participants are selected through a competitive process.
