Please stop by our office to pick up the application or call (276) 656-1171 to set up an appointment to finalize all application information. When you come to your appointment, please bring your child's immunization record, most recent physical, and their original birth certificate. There will be a $50 application fee.

CHILDCARE SUBSIDY ASSISTANCE

Emergency Child Care Scholarship Assistance
Up to $50 a week subsidy for children ages 4-12. Scholarships based on income. Applications will be reviewed for eligibility by Smart Beginnings Martinsville-Henry. Open to residents of Martinsville and Henry County only. Availability dependent upon funding.

You may qualify for childcare assistance through the Department of Social Services.
